Membership website design – Lancing Business Park

The challenge

Lancing Business Park is a Business Improvement District (BID) with approximately 290 commercial buildings – from large factories and showrooms to single offices; 240+ different companies employing approximately 2500 people.

Our client requested a BID membership website for a not-for-profit organisation using Apricot website software which was specified by the client.

The solution

As per our normal best practice website design standards, we completed extensive market research to create a competitor analysis, and suggested improved website functionality to our client to increase membership engagement.

Once we had agreed and finalised the website functionality, we used our creative graphic design skills to develop two website home page designs to present to our client. Our client chose the one shown, so we set to work developing this in the software specified, following the corporate identity through the inner pages and membership directory.

This membership website benefits from an easy-to-navigate CMS admin system.

The Brand Surgery has been a sponsor of Lancing Business Park. We have been working on a number of marketing projects including the Lancing Business Park Inter-trading Event which is on 22nd September 2016.

We have also designed a number of documents to help promote the Business Park, including the BID document which successfully achieved a YES vote.
